As an executive, I've helped scale multiple early-stage companies by leveraging a unique blend of digital marketing, media, and business development expertise. In 2014, when the JOBS Act and subsequent regulatory changes opened new pathways for capital formation, I successfully transitioned these skills into the emerging world of exempt offerings and private capital markets.
In 2015, I was part of one of the first management teams to fully embrace Regulation A+, becoming only the second company in history to achieve SEC qualification under the newly implemented rules. We navigated uncharted territory—developing innovative approaches to investor marketing, compliance, and platform partnerships. That experience not only contributed to our company's long-term success, but also helped shape best practices for many others who followed in our footsteps.
Today, I apply that same pioneering mindset at Surfridge Capital—guiding founders and executive teams through the complexities of capital raising with a focus on compliance, strategy, and long-term investor relationships.
